Arrival and departure
- Bell tents: check-in from 3pm, check-out by 10am.
- Grass pitches: check-in from 1pm, check-out by 11am.
- One car included per pitch. Additional parking by prior arrangement.

On-site rules
- Raised barbecues and fires are allowed when supervised by an adult.
- No stag or hen dos.
- Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised at all times.
- Only guests with a confirmed booking will be permitted entry.
Cancellations — bell tents
- Up to 60 days before arrival: full refund less a £20 admin fee.
- 31 to 59 days before arrival: 50% refund.
- Within 30 days of arrival: no refund.
Cancellations — pitches
- Up to 28 days before arrival: full refund less a £20 admin fee.
- 15 to 27 days before arrival: 50% refund.
- Within 14 days of arrival: no refund.
